Welcome to Loft 3, The Tobacco Factory. We made a conscious decision to utilise an old existing building instead of any custom new build facility from a sustainability angle. The building itself was built in 1898, The tobacco factory itself houses lots of cool businesses and even a theatre and thriving restaurant.

FLYNN was Established over 20 years ago in Bristol, positioned in the vibrant South West of England, Bristol embodies a perfect blend of history, culture, and cutting-edge technology.
