Welcome to Loft 3, The Tobacco Factory. We made a conscious decision to utilise an old existing building instead of any custom new build facility from a sustainability angle. The building itself was built in 1898,   The tobacco factory itself houses lots of cool businesses and even a theatre and thriving restaurant.
